Citybreaks Carnet rates are valid for double rooms, for 2 persons, breakfast included. Citybreaks Carnet nights can be used at the same hotel or at more than one of the properties included in the type of Carnet purchased, on different dates, even if they are not consecutive, within August 31st 2024.

Those who purchase the Citybreak Carnet Gold will be able to stay in all Starhotels Premium hotels. If, on the other hand, a customer purchases the Citybreak Carnet Silvier, he/she will be able to stay only in Silver and Bronze hotels, while purchasing the Citybreak Carnet Bronze will be able to stay only in the hotels included in the Bronze package.

Payment for the Citybreaks Carnet will be made via a payment link that will be sent to the customer after the purchase request is completed.

Once the payment is made, again via e-mail, the customer will receive the Citybreaks Carnet voucher.

Carnet reservations at special rates are subject to the availability of individual hotels, excluding high peak periods and special events.

Reservations must be made at least 3 days before the arrival date.

Acceptance of the Carnet by the hotels is only guaranteed if the reservation is made through the Starhotels Reservation Center (800495389 from Italy; +39 055 36925 abroad, reservations@starhotels.it) quoting the Citybreaks Carnet code on the purchase confirmation.

Possible extra charges and tourist taxes for some cities are not included in the Carnet. 

Individual hotels will charge any extra amounts at check-out in accordance with the law.

Carnets are valid until 31 August 2024 and are non-refundable if not used by the expiry date.

Citybreaks Carnet reservations cannot be cancelled, but can be postponed no more than once.

Citybreaks Carnets cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be given as gifts and used by someone other than the purchaser. In this case, the recipient at the moment of booking should refer to the code on the Citybreaks Carnet voucher.

Room rates are not commissionable.

If the Carnet purchaser is an  I AM STAR Loyalty Program member,  he or she immediately receives one I AM STAR point for each euro spent with the Carnet.
