When it comes to refreshments and dining in Florence at the Michelangelo, there are several excellent options. Our restaurant, Assaggi, offers you a wonderful a la carte menu and buffets served on slabs of white Carrara marble in the style of a Tuscan villa. Together with the library and lobby on the ground floor, our Assaggi wine bar has been newly refurbished to stunning effect. The environment is very beautiful, welcoming yet cosy too. It's the perfect meeting spot any time of day.
