Parma has long been famous for its gastronomic cuisine using the locally produced Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, Parma ham, Tortelli pasta and more. It's no surprise that both our restaurants in Parma present outstanding gastronomic experiences featuring international dishes too. A children's menu is also available. The Canova is open 7 days a week for up to 50 seats, while the Aiglon is perfect for large-scale dinners, seating up to 200. Room service, featuring our beautiful Parma restaurant food, is also available.
