Recognition
Commissions are recognized by Starhotels for all net reservations and for the most part reserved at public rates, taxes excluded (for example: Best Available Rate, Citybreaks, Weekend, Corporate etc).
Starhotels does not recognize commission on "net rates" such as Group rates, FIT and Travel Industry rates.

Commision payment for European Agencies
The European travel agency's commission will be settled by bank transfer within 15 days upon receipt of invoice.
The commission invoice and relating payments may be issued in currencies different from the Euro.

Commission payment for Non-European Agencies
Starhotels is a WPS (Worldwide Payment System) partner and through this organization Starhotels proceeds with the commission payment to all non-European agencies. The payment is processed within one month following the check out date of the booking.
